Libby Soo Hoo is the CEO and Principal of Sterling Insurance Group, born and raised on Martha's Vineyard with more than 15 years leading independent agency operations. A Babson College graduate, AAI and CPIA-designated, and two-time Elite Women in Insurance honoree (2017 and 2024), she has pursued advanced business education through programs at Wharton, Kellogg, and Booth. Libby focuses on building long-term client relationships and ensuring Sterling continues to grow as Martha's Vineyard's leading independent insurance agency.

A CIC, LIA, AAI, and CISR, Babson College graduate, Martha's Vineyard 40 Under 40 honoree, volunteer firefighter, and former MAIA Young Agent of the Year nominee, Rich brings a hands-on approach and deep familiarity with the coastal and island insurance market.
